Dissertation for the degree of candidate of medical sciences in the specialty 14.03.09 – histology, cytology, embryology. – Crimea State Medical University named after S. I. The dissertation is devoted to study morphologic and functional displays of compensatory, adaptive and injury processes in white mice liver under prolonged influence of small lead doses on the organism and its correction by means α-tocopherol and “Erbisol”. Using modern methods, such as light, electron microscopy, morphometry, optic analyzes, is established that toxic lead effects direct on the cellular targets, causing destruction of erythrocytes, endothelial cells, hepatocytes membranes. Application of α-tocopherol causes membrane protective effect of the hepatocytes mitochondria. Administration of “Erbisol” protects erythrocytes, endothelial cells membranes and causes immunomodulatory effect on the macrophages, providing better safety hepatic structures.

Key words: liver, morphology, lead, α-tocopherol, erbisol.
