Reshetnyak O.V. Oral moniliasis treatment in women with fungous origin urogenital pathology. Manuscript. Conducted complex clinical, microbiological and immunological inspection 127 women in age from 21 to 60 years, from which 78 had fungous origin urogenital pathology. Among women with origin urogenital pathology in 72,9 % there was found out oral candida moniliasis (chronic hyperplastic or atrophic form), in 27,1 % – candida-carriage without clinical display.

It is set that in development of oral candida moniliasis at women with fungous origin urogenital pathology matters the combined role of features of microbiocenosis of different to the biotopes organism: oral cavity (cheek, language), vaginas, colon, and also violations of general and local immunity.

The obtained data served as a theoretical justification for differentiated application both at the stage of primary treatment and supporting therapy of these patients antimicrobial («5-NOK», «Nystatin», «Givalex») and immunocorrect preparations («Imunofan», «Erbisolum», «Traumeel-S») in combination with probiotic facilities («Simbiter-2», «Simbiter-concentrated»). Results, got during clinical, microbiological and immunological researches testify to high therapeutic efficiency of the developed methods both in near and remote terms of observation.
