Konakh V. N. The Clinical Evaluation of the Effectiveness of ERBISOL at the Patients Suffered on Autoimmunity Thyreoiditis. – Manuscript. Dissertation for the degree of candidate of medical sciences in the specialty 14.01.14 – endocrinology. – V.P. Komisarenka Institute of Endocrinology and Metabolism of AMS Ukraine, Kyiv, 2001.

This research work is devoted to research of a therapeutic effect of ERBISOL on the patients suffered on Autoimmunity Thyreoiditis. 116 patients suffered on Autoimmunity Thyreoiditis were studied, euthyriodism was registered on 102 patients, 14 patients had clinical and laboratory features of hypothyriodism. ERBISOL was used according following scheme – the first 10 days – 4.0 ml, then 10 days – 2.0 ml intramuscular one time per day. For comparison the control group of the same patients used L-thyroxin (1.6 mkg on 1 kg of the weight). As the result of the clinical-laboratory research it was disclosed that ERBISOL causes the reversion of immune reaction, which manifests the suppression the cellular reaction of immunity through the cytokine, the activated elements of hymoral chains of immunity. As the result the specific for AIT autoimmune processes are suppressed, and ERBISOL could be considered as the pathogenic mean for treatment of Autoimmunity Thyreoiditis. At the same time maintaining the integrity of thyreocytis is not only because of reducing of the intensity of autoagression, but also – the normal level of TTG.
