In thesis the possibilities of increase of efficiency treatment of the patients on chronic pyelonephritis with accompanying defeats of the gastroduodenal and biliary system by erbisol and bee pollen application in complex therapy of this pathology were investigated. It was determined, that the peaking of chronic pyelonephritis is accompanied by significant modifications of an immune system, processes of free radical lipid oxidation, oxidizing updating of proteins and antioxidant guard. 76,59% of the chronic pyelonephritis patients had chronic accompanying defeats of a digestion system in a condition of unstable remission or moderate peaking. The erbisol inclusion in a complex of basis therapy are essential acceleration of recourse of clinical manifestations of a digestive system, normalization parameters of cell-like and humoral immunity, factors of non specific restitution, decrease parameters of lipid peroxidation and increase of an antioxidants factors level. The inclusion in a basis medical complex of the chronic pyelonephritis patients from accompanying defeats of a digestive system the bee pollen is the reason of weaker operation on not specific clinical syndromes, more significant normalization of parameters of a free radical oxidation system, oxidizing updating of fibers and antioxidant guard and less significant the parameters of an immune system.

Key word: chronic pyelonephritis, accompanying defeats of digestive system, erbisol, bee pollen.
