Fediv О.І. Changes of the metabolic, hemocoagulation links of homeostasis in gastric and duodenal peptic ulcer and pathogenetic substantiation of differentiated treatment. – Manuscript.Thesis for obtaining the scientific degree of a Doctor of Medical Sciences in the speciality 14.01.02 – internal diseases. – Kharkiv State Medical University, Kharkiv, 2002.
The thesis presents the results of a complex study of the metabolic, hemocoagulation links of homeostasis in gastric and duodenal peptic ulcer, depending on patients’ age, presence of chronic acalculous cholecystitis, chronic nonspecific reactive hepatitis and gastro-intestinal bleeding. A clear-cut functional and biochemical correlation of the revealed disturbances was established. On this basis improved pathogenesis conception of the progression and recurrence of peptic ulcer and the onset of gastro-intestinal bleeding was formulated and a technique of adequate differentiated treatment was developed. Expediency of using erbisol, spirulina, wobenzyme for the purpose of treatment and prophylaxis of peptic ulcer recurrence was substantiated.
