The dissertation is devoted to the problem of the improvement of the diagnosis, prognostication and treatment efficacy in peptic ulcer disease among river fleet workers who were liquidators of the Chernobyl accident consequences. This is done through studies of clinical — immunology particularities of this disease and the application of their complex therapy erbisol. It is established there has been a more serious effect of peptic ulcer disease among these patients with frequent higher complications and frequency of Helicobacter pylori colonization, significant changing of the immune status and free radical processes. The algorithm of immunology monitoring patients with peptic ulcer disease was proposed and effectiveness of application complex therapy erbisol with the treatment of this disease among river fleet workers has been valued.
