The dissertation presents a comparative analysis of epidemiological, clinical-instrumental indexes in senile and aged patients with complicated chronicle bronchitis and concomitant cardio- and cerebral diseases. In has been shown that clinical-functional groups (categories) may be distinguished among the patients depending on the superiority of a kind of pathology in the clinical picture. The symptom-complex expression depends on the equilibrium in the oxidant-antioxidant system. Individual schemes for the rehabilitation-stage treatment of the categories of patients have been suggested which provide the algorithm of a dispensary examination of patients and the schemes of basic drug treatment of chronic bronchitis and simultaneous prophylaxis of concomitant circulatory diseases.
