Vasylyuk V.V. The efficiency of the complex treatment of gastric and duodenal peptic ulcers associated with Helicobacter pylori. – Manuscript. Dissertation for the degree of candidate of medical sciences in the specialty 14.01.02 – internal diseases. – Lugansk State Medical University, Lugansk, 2004.

The dissertation is devoted to improving the diagnosis quality of treating 155 patients with gastric and duodenal ulcers associated with Helicobacter pylori. There have been evaluated the disease clinical course dependence upon morphofunctional changes in gastric and duodenal membrane.

Clinico-laboratory efficiency of the suggested method while using aethonium and erbisolum in complex treating patients with ulcers has been estimated. The following combinations of medicines were elaborated:

  • omez, claritromycin, amoxycillini and aethonium;
  • omez, claritromycin, amoxycillini, erbisolum;
  • omez, claritromycin, amoxycillini, aethonium, erbisolum.

On completing the suggested therapy there have been estimated the improvement of the disease clinical course and Hp eradication in 90,3-96,9 per cent of all cases as well as normalization of the secretary function of the stomach. After aetonium therapy there considerably improved submicroscopic structure of the connective tissue of the mucous membrane, proper plate, microcirculatory flow and the transportation of the substances from pericapillary tissues into the blood flow, as well as decreased precapillary edema in 30 patients.
