Dissertation is devoted to the ground of new methodical approach to the prophylaxis of post-operation complications during dental implantation, based on application of implants with hydroxyаpatite coating, use of «Kollapan-L» and introduction of «Erbisol».
It is first shown that the increase of electric potentials in the oral cavity at patients with implants depends on the type of implants coverage and can be used as prognosis criterion of osteointegration.
It is set that during dental implantation regardless of type of implants surface at patients have the increase of ferment activity of the mixed saliva, speeds of salivation, decline of aerobic oxidization and increase of anaerobic glycolysis in neutrophils of peripheral blood.
It is proved, that the use of the offered medical-prophylactic complex in the period of post-implantation is instrumental in diminishment of destructive changes in an alveolar bone, normalization of limited proteolysis and free-radical lipid oxidation of the mixed saliva, speed of salivation and normalization of activity of lactat- and suсcinate dehydrogenases in neutrophils of peripheral blood, that reduces the risk of complications origin.
