Pogorelov M.V. -The growth, structure and shape-formation of the skeleton bones under the influence of total irradiation and heavy metal salts (anatomical experimental research).  Manuscript. Dissertation for the degree of candidate of medical sciences in the specialty 14.03.01 normal anatomy. Crimea State Medical University named after S. I. Georgievsky, Simferopol, 2004.

Dissertation is devoted to the study of characteristics of peculiarities of the growth, structure and shape-formation of rat’s bone under the conditions of combined action of ionizing radiation and heavy metals salts and searches for the ways of their correction. Structural-metabolic description of the bone has been studied by means optometric, light microscopy with methods of morphometry; ultramicroscopic and chemical-analytical analysis. It is ascertained that under conditions of ionizing radiation in doses of 0,1Gr, 0,2Gr and 0,3Gr and loading by the organism by heavy metal salts in the different combinations causes changes in diaphysis and epiphysis. The changes are depending on the radiation dose and view of heavy metal salts.

Application of “Erbisol” can significantly reduce the negative influence of combined action of low doses of radiation and heavy metal salts. Research results are inculcated into the educational process of the Human Normal Anatomy Chair at Medical Institutions of Higher Education.

Key words: long bone of the skeleton, ionizing radiation, heavy metals salts, «Erbisol».
