The dissertation is devoted to a urgent question of necessity of the further improvement of a role eosinophils and basophils of blood in pathogenesis of atopic and nonatopic bronchial asthma; about therapeutic agent the approaches, which are directed on interruption of mechanisms, which conduct to accumulation eosinophils in bronchi and their activation; about use of a complex of methods of definition of functional activity eosinophils, basophils and them subpopulation of structure for diagnostics of this disease and rating immunity of efficiency of the carried spent therapy. For the first time on the large clinical material the features of changes of quantitative structure and functional properties eosinophils and basophils of blood in conditions of application different immunocorrectly of preparations at the patients with the different forms bronchial asthma are certain which have allowed estimating character of current disease. The realization of multiplane researches with use immunity and stat-mathematical of methods has allowed to establish singularity of correlation dependence between effectors by crates inflammatory of process (eosinophils and basophils, Т– and B- lymphocytes) at BA. The criteria of a rating immunity of efficiency treatment are developed at BA, which are based on calculation of an index of action of researched preparations on immune system in the patients with the different forms БА.
