This dissertation contains the datas of complex clinical-laboratory and instrumental investigation of 182 pregnant with chronical pathology of hepathobiliary system. For the first time it was pathogenically grounted the necessary of use erbisol and sorbents of silicium in their treatment. It was studied the condition of fetoplacentae complex, the duration of pregnancy, of child-birth and after child-birth period among the pregnant with hepatobiliaryy pathology, the duration of early neonatal period of the newborn, in the case of treatment with these medicines. The obstetricional tactic was improoved in watching up to the pregnant with chronical hepatobiliary pathology. The immunological and biochemical dates were made up to indicate the effect of treatment and to prognose the pregnancy.
