The dissertation is dedicated to improvement of diagnostics and treatment of chronic enteritis (CE) and colitis (CC) patients the course of which diseases entails various types of immunodeficiency states.
It has been established that the course of chronic inflammatory intestine diseases is accompanied by a decrease in T-lymphocytes in blood and increased infiltration of the aforementioned cells of mucous membrane of the intestine. It has been revealed that there are three types of affection of the intestine mucous membrane: immune inflammation domination, parity of immune inflammation and atrophy, and atrophy domination. There has been shown the dependence of the state of inflammation system’s mediators, change in indexes of lipids peroxide oxidation and antioxidant system’s activity, impairments of the cellular immunity and antibody-mediated protection on morphologic types of intestine affection of the CE and CC patients. Clinical and laboratory efficiency of the suggested treatment methods has been demonstrated: amison or erbisol in addition to basic therapy. Basic findings of the thesis can be employed at medical-prophylactic and teaching and educational institutions.
