The dissertation is devoted to learning of operation of a new domestic preparation erbisol on current of diabetes mellitus. 108 diabetic patients (78 — on IDDM, 30 — on NIDDM) are inspected. The check group consist of 35 patients, which treated under the usual scheme. Erbisol assigned during 20 days on 2 ml intramuscularly once per day. The preparation in a complex with hypoglycemic drugs by tools promotes achievement of compensation of diabetes at the overwhelming majority of the patients, indulgence or liquidation of clinical manifestations, positively influences on carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, cardiovascular system, depresses peroxidation of lipids. The obtained results allow to recommend it to widely use in complex therapy of the patients of diabetes mellitus.
