Dissertation is devoted to the complex study of diagnostics and treatment in 104 of patients with MG on the basis of results of complex neurological inspection, which included the study of clinical features of different forms of МГ and related to her neurosomatic disorders, activity of peripheral neuromotor vehicle, structural changes of thymus estimation of immunological indexes (cellular and humoral immunity, antibodies to DNK, to the neurospecifical albumens).

It is set that by the criterion of transition of local forms in general forms has the enhance able level of neurospecifical albumens.

It is developed chart of holiatry of patients of МГ with a thymoma with setting of plasmapheresis in combination with erbisol after a thymectomy, for the correction of immune indexes.
