In dissertation generalized given complex clinical-laboratory and instrumental inspection of 164 patients with the chronic alcoholic hepatitis (ChaH) connected with chronic uncalculosis cholecystitis (CUC), in age from 20 to 60 years. Set pathogenetic role of metabolic and immunological violations in sharpening of disease, interdependence is exposed between the degree of their expression. Pathogenetic expedience of the use of combination of glutargin and erbisol is grounded, and also reamberin, in complex therapy of patients with the chronic alcoholic hepatitis connected with chronic uncalculosis cholecystitis. More quick improvement of the common state of patients, renewal of immunological and biochemical indexes is marked, that shows up in achievement of proof and valuable remission of disease.
