The dissertation work is devoted to solution of a scientific problem concerning increase of treatment efficacy of patients suffering from rosacea, taking into account pathophysiological, morphological, hormonal, and immunological changes.
It has been established that rosacea clinical course has certain peculiarities, caused by gender differences, in changes of hormonal homeostasis, blood circulation system, concomitant diseases. Systemic nature of blood circulation has been proven.
Activation of neoangiogenesis processes has been revealed using immunohistochemical, electron microscopy, and morphometric methods in inflammatory form of rosacea; intensification of proliferation processes in epidermis cells and derma among patients with rhinophyma.
An original treatment method for rosacea patients has been elaborated; it uses phlebodia (600), cratal erbisol. Therapeutic effect has been achieved in 77.6 – 83,3 % of the patients.
