In work have given the results of study clinical pathogenetic peculiarities of chronic bronchitis (COB) on of repeated anginas. In the dissertation have summarized grounds about complex clinical -laboratory inspection 116 patients with exacerbation COB on of repeated anginas, 86 patients with CB and 50 people with anginas. As result at patients have a syndrome metabolic toxicoses, that characterized by rise standard of «middle molecule», metabolic the POL and activation of enzymes of system antioxydant protection, and also infringements of immune parameters, moderate increase of a level of circulating immune complex and decrease of concentration Ig M. Inclusion erbisol at dietimol in the program of treatment of patients with CV on of repeated anginas promote faster liquidation of clinical symptoms of anginas and further — to disappearance of symptoms COB; promoted liquidation the second immunodeficiency and normalization biochemical indices. Realization medical rehabilitation these patients using preparation of vegetable origin proteflazid after discharge from hospital allowed to avoid exacerbation COB.
