It is for the first time characteristics of various aspects of syphilis development in the territories polluted with radioactive nuclides are specified with systems approach, options of untypical development of infectious process depending on general health condition, availability of organ and inter-organ diseases, immune disorders and the phenomena of internal radiation are pointed out.
The thesis describes proposed screening methods of evaluation of general health condition as well as factors responsible for formation of peculiar features of syphilis development enabling determination of negative development of syphilitic infection probability extent.
Established regularities of cause-and-effect relation of untypical development and processes of active syphilis were used as starting point of development of original therapy methods and techniques, in particular deintoxication therapy: extracorporal hemocorrection, non-specific therapy: use of pharmaceutical (Erbisol) and local treatment of syphilids. The treatment methods have been acknowledged an invention.
Social, medical, psychological, and economic effectiveness of introduction of the developed functional and structural model of diagnostic and treatment process of syphilis patients within the network of health care institutions of primary and secondary levels as well as methodological support on the part of specialized institutions of tertiary regional level and improvement of forms of integral rehabilitation have been well-founded.
