Erbisol included into the complex for treating chronic obstructive bronchitis (COB) increases efficiency of therapy; this is demonstrated by evident decrease of symptoms of the disease and bronchial obstruction; it also contributes to vanishing inflammation process in bronchi, making positive clinical effect more frequent. As a result of the complex treatment, those suffering from COB have better showing of system and local immunity, there is a tendency of normalizing the structure of epithelium. Positive dynamics of adhesive ability alveolar macrophages in vitro samples can be used as a prognostic immunological criterion for the prescription and evaluation of the efficiency of the preparation.
