The thesis is declicated to the problem of increasing of effectiveness of the treatment for patients with pollinosis by means of the specific immunotherapy by pollen allergens in combination of immunocorrection therapy.
The clinical-immunological features of the pollinosis proceeding of Kyiv citizens were tested. It was stated, that the following things have attitude to them: combination of rhinoconjunctival, bronchoobstructional syndrome with the damage of other ofholaringological organs and skin, and also the disorder of correlation of main regulatory subpopulation of T-lymphocytes, the increasing of the functional activity of B-lymphocytes, the signs of the allergy and autoallergy to the antigens of pulmonary substance. It is showed that for special diagnostic of pollinosis it is advisable to combine skin prick – test with home-produced pollen allergens and definition of allergen-specific antibodies to the pollen allergens with the help of immunosorbent analysis. In Kyiv residents, the development of pollinosis is more likely to cause allergens of hazel, birch, wormwood, swans, alder and less often other pollen allergens.
Pаrenteral specific immunotherapy with the help of pollen allergens with the speedy system in the combination with immunocontrolled preparation Erbisol Extra is effective and safe method for pollinosis treatment. It’s clinical effectiveness according to the result of 3-years observation after sick peaple is 93,6%.
Specific immunotherapy by pollen allergens in the combination with immunocorrection causes the reduction of skin sensitiveness to the “bad” allergens, and can cause more quickly normalization of immune status of pollinosis sick people, increase a content of T-lymphoсytes with oppressed activity, functional activity of T-helpers of the 1st type according to the indexes of y – interferon secretion, reduces functional activity of T-helpers of the 2nd type according to the indexes of interleikin-13 secretion, helps to transfer immune reaction from the Th2- to Th1- cells, leads to the suppression of functional activity of B-lympocytes, causes the reduction of the general IgE and allergenspecific IgE-antibodies degree also causes the reduction of the degree autoantibodies to autigens of pulmonary substance. It also results the reduction of frequency of side reactions to the 8,4% in the allergovaccination by pollen allergens.
