The dissertation is devoted to the problems of increase effectiveness treatment and prophylaxis of red lichen planus of oral mucosa in patients with type I diabetes mellitus. The relative high prevalence red lichen planus of oral mucosa which correlated with duration, severity and compensation of the main endocrine disorder were revealed in these patients.

The increase quantity of substrates and products lipids peroxidation, the lowering level inflammatory antioxidation effectiveness of saliva, CD8+ cells, the increase quantity of immunoglobulins G and the lowering immunoglobulins A, M in blood serum were revealed in these patients.

These changes correlated with duration, level of compensation main endocrine disorder and level of development attendant micro – macroangiopathy.

The complex of treatment red lichen planus of oral mucosa and prophylaxis its destructive forms which included Erbisol and method contrast hypo-, hyperthermia was developed for these patience.
