Generalized periodontitis in this category of persons in most cases characterized by a distinct active progressive course, which was accompanied by a decrease of nonspecific resistance and suppression of local immunity of periodontal tissue.

The high level of production IL-10, TNF-α, IFN-γ in response to staphylococci toxins in patients with generalized periodontitis and psoriasis before treatment and after complex treatment. For this purpose, the first time for the correction of immune disorders in generalized periodontitis and psoriasis with traditional treatment was applied immunomodulator erbisol and vitamin quercetin.
An effective integrated pathogenically justified treatment of patients with generalized periodontitis and psoriasis using immunomodulator erbisol and vitamin product quercetin was developed.
