The thesis is devoted to the problems of diagnosis improvement, course prognostication and increasing the efficiency of the treatment of hepatobiliaryy system pathology in patients with osteoarthrosis by means of the study of their interaction character, revealing the peculiarities of the development of liver and biliary tract affections, their clinical course and the elaboration on this base of rational approaches to the correction of the disorders in this category of patients.

The diagnostic algorithm of the examination of patients with osteoarthrosis is proposed, the efficacy of using the preparation erbisol in complex therapy of this disease with combined hepatobiliaryy system pathology is evaluated and the rational treatment schedules in this category of patients are developed.
