The thesis is devoted to the study of characteristic features of clinical course, state of sensibilization, cellular and humoral immunity, function of GIT and to the development of the method of correction of diagnosed disorders in patients with allergic contact cosmetic dermatitis (ACCD). 61,5 % of patients had anamnestic family and individual record, clinical presentation is characterized by polymorphism and depend on the kind of cosmetic allergen, individual reactivity, acuity of process, pathological process has been localized in periorbital, perioral, parotid regions in 77% cases. 51% of patients had changes of immunity, which is characterized by decrease of general level of T-cells, T-suppressor, IgA, IgG and increase of B-lymphocytes, IgE. 30% of patients had pathology of GIT in form of gastritis B, gastroduodenal and hepatobiliary system — in form of chronic holecystitis and biliary dyskinesia. Patch testing was showed maximal sensibilization to preservatives — paraben mix (25%) and formaldehyde (17%), as well as to fragrance additions (23%). Prescription of immunocorrector Erbisol and Echinacea compositum S, sorbent Enterosgel, probiotic Bifiform against multimodality therapy allows to achieve positive results with 96,3% of patients, to reduce the term of treatment up to 11,2±1,5 days, to decrease the number of relapses up to 2,5 times as compared with the traditional treatment.
