The results of the clinical and laboratory investigations of 108 patients with the various forms, stages, types of psoriasis are introduced in the dissertation. The methods what were used in these investigations are the distant thermography, quantitative composition of the serum immune-globulins A, M, G and circulating immune complex – CIC. UVI, PL and Erbisol were used in complex therapy of psoriasis. The thermographic investigations of the patients with the widespread form of psoriasis allowed to discover the homogen thermal infra-red irradiation with the intense thermal-coloring at the centers of injury on the skin. It was fixed at the places of elements of psoriasis. The increased irradiation what was found in analogues places on the pelvic-thigh- joints, knee-joints, foot-joints of the psoriasis patient points out a possibility of the early diagnostics of artropathy on a pre-clinical stage.

The comparative study of therapy effectiveness of the use the UVI, PL sessions and PL sessions with injections of immune-regulating medicine Erbisol in the complex treatment was done. Positive results of the treatment with the use of UVI were discovered in 63% of the cases, especially in the cases of the autumn-winter type of psoriasis. It was recommended to use PL session to treat the spring-summer type of psoriasis when it’s impossible to use UVI. The positive results were received in 76,19% of the cases in this type of disease.

The observations of immune changes called by psoriasis speak in favor of use the PL session and immune-regulating medicine Erbisol in the complex treatment of the spring-summer type of psoriasis. It allowed to receive a positive clinic effect in 82,35% of cases with the decreasing for 7-10 days of the term of treatment.
