The thesis is devoted to problems of relapsing nasal furuncles and usage of Erbisol and medical leeches Нirudo medicinalis in complex therapy of the relapsing nasal furuncles. The examination of 123 patients with relapsing nasal furuncles include assessment of general and antiendotoxin immunoglobulins A, M, G, lipid peroxidation, enzymes of antioxidant system, proteases and their inhibitors. The measurements give different values for these parameters for healthy and sick subjects. The effectivity of suggested method in treatment of the nasal furuncles is proved. The conclusion is made that treatment with application of Erbisol and medical leeches Нirudo medicinalis is more effective at relapsing nasal furuncles than traditional therapy.
