The dissertation studies effectiveness of antral and erbisol in complex therapy of 38 patients with simple diabetic retinopathy (DR) in comparison with 32 patients (1 group), which received traditional treatment, 36 (2 groups) — received in addition antral, 30 (3 groups) — received in addition erbisol. Antral and erbisol usage leads to considerable positive changes in functional and electrophysiological finding of eyes, to the stabilization of pathological process in retina in 81,6 percent of patients. These medications also exert positive influence on systemic and local immunity data, metabolic homeostasis state, lowering of autoimmune and immunocomplex reactions vividness, metabolic intoxication syndrome.
